iRest Yoga Nidra
iRest Yoga Nidra helps us to listen to our own inner wisdom and leads us to own understanding of who we really are. iRest is a secular form of mindfulness mediation based on ancient teachings of yoga. Through iRest practice we learn to increase attention and concentration, increase mindfulness of emotions, thoughts and changing circumstances and thus learn to welcome life on its terms and overall learn to appreciate who we are as perfect, whole, beings, just as we are.
